My practice focuses on individual, and family, concerns, for children and teens to midlife adults. Using a cognitive-based, person centered approach, we will work together to identify, express, and understand your feelings in a confidential environment. Then we will examine thoughts that may not be helpful to your experience and work to change them.
I offer art therapy as an adjunct modality to traditional talk therapy, as, it is not always easy for us to speak about what is really going on with our lives. This is especially true if we are experiencing overwhelming emotions.
Whatever way you choose to engage in therapeutic work, you can expect a team approach in a warm, non-judgmental environment, and guidance toward rediscovering your own innate resources for healing.
Currently I am accepting on Monday through Thursday from 9:30am-7:00pm, and every other Sunday from 2:00pm - 6:00pm.
