"I really enjoy harnessing the healing aspects of creativity to support individuals and families. I learn best by doing and experience, and I feel my clients do too. Clinical research demonstrates this to be true as well.
My therapeutic approach is client centered and combines expressive arts therapy with cognitive behavioral and systemic approaches. Additionally, I am skilled and trained in evidence based practices related to trauma and loss, parenting, and cognition and behavior.
I will check in with you each session to make sure you feel like what we are doing is helpful. If its not, we will try something different. Together we will create an individualized plan to help you attain your goals. "
