Philosophy
My therapeutic approach is client centered and combines cognitive behavioral and systemic approaches. If appropriate, art and play therapy may be integrated into our work together. I am skilled and trained in evidence based practices related to trauma and loss, parenting, and cognition and behavior. I love being a therapist and helping my clients tap into their creativity.
