Philosophy
"I really enjoy harnessing the healing aspects of creativity to support individuals and families. I learn best by doing and experience, and I feel my clients do too.
My therapeutic approach is client centered and combines cognitive behavioral and systemic approaches. If appropriate, art and play therapy may be intergrated into these approaches as well. Additionally, I am skilled and trained in evidence based practices related to trauma and loss, parenting, and cognition and behavior. "
